Should your measurements shift within an inch from our first assessment, either increase or decrease, any required tweaks to the initial alterations will be on us. We recognize that factors such as stress, hormonal cycles, or other unforeseen changes might affect fit. Our primary mission is to ensure you feel radiant and at ease in your gown. If anything feels amiss during your final pick-up, do communicate with us.

However, significant measurement changes beyond an inch may incur additional alteration fees. It's essential to understand that this could also introduce new modification requirements not initially anticipated. While most alterations can be adjusted, certain customizations, especially those that involve material removal, are typically permanent.

Cost Considerations:
During your fitting, we'll identify the necessary modifications to your dress. By its conclusion, we'll provide you with an all-inclusive quote. Given the unique nature of each garment and individual, pre-appointment estimates are approximations. In instances involving extensive customization, we might stage your alterations, charging only for adjustments made during each session. While we prefer complete payment post your first fitting, we do offer the flexibility to split the payment between the first session and the pick-up. We accept cash or money transfer apps. A full refund is available within 48 hours post your first appointment, barring 'rush' orders, which commence immediately upon full payment and are non-refundable.

From pristine to pre-loved, we cater to a wide array of garments - wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, occasion wear, and daily attire. Our first step involves a thorough garment assessment to gauge feasible modifications. While tightening is more straightforward than loosening, if in doubt, opt for a larger size. Remember, perfection might come with a price, but it's never unattainable.

Your Final Touchpoint - The Pick-up:
We'll schedule your pick-up based on our discussion during your initial fitting and our workload. This final session ensures the dress aligns with your expectations. Should you need further tweaks, we're here to help. While many can be done on-the-spot, intricate ones might require more time. We recommend bringing along a close confidante for this appointment - their encouragement is invaluable, and we can guide them on aiding you into your dress. After your thorough satisfaction, you'll sign off on the pick-up slip, implying no further modifications are needed. Subsequent changes, post this sign-off, will be additionally charged.
